With over 20 years of experience in the legal industry, Leon can provide hindsight and foresight to your growing business.  For businesses that do not yet have in-house counsel or otherwise need additional support, Leon can serve as an outside general counsel role by assisting with the identification of legal issues and the execution of their resolution.

 

Leon, through his own experience, in many cases can tackle the legal issues personally, including many general business issues, contracts, litigation, IP issues, and employment law issues.  In other cases, Leon, working with Taft's 400+ attorneys, can oversee execution by those more experienced on the specific issues.

 

Leon can be readily available on a priority basis by telephone, email, text, or in person meetings at the Taft office or the client location to provide outside general counsel services.
