Counsel:

Using the hindsight of over twenty years in legal field, I hope to have the foresight to provide clear, practical, and sound legal advice to our clients.  My goal is to provide forward-thinking advice on the advancement of our clients' goals.  To that end, I am committed to getting to know my clients and their needs, listening to and understanding our client's objectives, and providing advice and direction that serves those objectives.

 

Protect: 

Intellectual Property is often a business's most valuable asset.  Our goal:  Protect those assets.  Our experience and understanding of the law, along with its undeniable and plentiful loopholes, will be fully utilized to attempt to eliminate all practical risks facing our clients and to put them in a position of strength with respect to their assets. 

 

Enforce: 

Our goal is to help our clients avoid litigation by proactively evaluating risks and eliminating them where practical.  However, sometimes there is a need to enforce IP rights or defend attacks on our clients' rights or use of IP.  Our team of experienced litigators is committed to work hard to resolve matters effectively and efficiently for our clients, generally only using litigation as a last resort.
