We are located at 300 E Broad St, Suite 300 Columbus OH 43215-3704 in the offices of Rich Crites, and Dittmer, LLC on the third floor.

PARKING
Clients can park for free in the attached garage. Please remember to bring your parking ticket for validation at the firm reception desk.

The office is located near the corner of Broad and Grant in downtown, Columbus. It is directly across from the Capital University Law School and located in State Employees Retirement building. Access to the garage is from Grant just north of Broad.

From I-70 I-71: Take I-71 toward downtown. Exit I-71at Broad St. near downtown and go west toward downtown, and then make a right (North) on Grant Ave. The parking garage entrance will be on your left, with a sign saying "Parking for 300 East Broad". Park in the garage in any visitor spot. Please be sure to bring up your ticket for validation.

From SR 315/ I-670: Take 670 towards downtown. Exit at Fourth (going South toward downtown). Turn Left on Gay Street, going East. Turn right on Grant Ave. going South.. The parking garage entrance will be on your Right, with a sign saying "Parking for 300 East Broad". Park in the garage in any visitor spot. Please be sure to bring up your ticket for validation.

From Broad St. and High St, Downtown: Go East on Broad St. Turn Left on Grant Ave (going North). The parking garage entrance will be on your left, with a sign saying "Parking for 300 East Broad". SECURITY
After entering the building, you will need to check in at the security desk where you will receive an ID badge that will allow you access to the elevator and third floor.
